These stockings are appropriate for the mid to late 18th century and early 19th century. They have a faux seam at the back to reflect the usual way of making stockings (flat, then stitched together) before the modern period. One size fits most up to a size 9 shoe.
Curvier legs may need to fold them down at the top rather than pulling them all the way up to the thigh. Wider stockings are being worked on!
