This cap pattern is based on extant examples from the third quarter of the 18th century and can be made using linen, cotton, or silk.
Construction details:
- Hand sewn caps are made in a completely period manner with whipped gathers and rolled hems.
- Hand finished caps are made in combination of modern and period ways with no exterior machine stitching.
